It operates on a 1:1 ratio, meaning each USDC in circulation is entirely backed by reserves and redeemable for USD. This collateralization method ensures that for every $1 worth of USDC, there is an equivalent $1 held in a bank account. This stability mechanism is crucial for its functioning and can be observed on various crypto trading platforms.In this tutorial, we’ll focus on the smart contract aspect of StableCoin operations, providing insights into its functioning.
